Tab Overview - Household
The Loyalty platform supports the concept of "householding," where multiple Members in the same family are grouped together for the purpose of sharing loyalty membership benefits, such as pooling their Metrics. Please note that a Member can belong to only one household.
One Member in the household is designated as the Primary Member (sometimes referred to as the "Head of Household" or "Family Lead"). This person can view and manage the shared Metric pool. The other "secondary" Members in the household can view only their own individual Metric balance, and not the shared pool balance.
The Household tab on the Member Profile screen lets you view all the Members currently included within the selected Member's household. The tab also shows the household's pooled Metric balances, including: Total Earned, Total Redeemed, Total Expired, and Available across all Members in the household.
